About Us

You’re here because you’re searching for answers. Maybe you or
someone you care about is troubled. Perhaps you’ve received a diagnosis that you want to understand better, or you want to know more about the medication you’re about to take. Maybe it’s time to call a professional, but you need help choosing one. And for all the mental health advice dispensed online these days, all you’ve probably found is that real clinical guidance is really hard to find.

Not anymore.

Welcome to WebShrink.  Our goal is to provide clinical insight, research news, personal stories and expert perspectives on mental health & addiction.  We’re a diverse, experienced team of clinicians, researchers and editors dedicated to answering your questions about mental health. You’ll find comprehensive support here that’s original, authoritative, and trustworthy.  All of our content is cited with references, fact checked, and reviewed by a physician who is board certified in psychiatry, addiction medicine, or both.
